IPSWICH TOWN MANAGER’S WIFE, LOUISE MCKENNA, TAKES HIM TO COURT OVER ALLEGED ABUSE
In a shocking turn of events, Louise McKenna, wife of Ipswich Town manager, Kieran McKenna, has filed a restraining order against her husband, alleging verbal and physical abuse.
According to court documents, Louise claims that Kieran subjected her to a pattern of abusive behavior, including verbal insults and physical violence. In one incident, she alleges that Kieran slapped her, causing damage to one side of her face. In another, she claims he poured hot tea on her chest.
Louise, visibly shaken, appeared in court yesterday, accompanied by her parents. “I’m taking a stand against my husband’s abuse,” she said. “I will not tolerate it anymore.”
Kieran McKenna has denied all allegations, calling them “baseless and hurtful.” His lawyer stated that he will vigorously defend himself against the charges.
The court has granted Louise a temporary restraining order, requiring Kieran to stay away from her and her parents. A full hearing is scheduled for next month.
Ipswich Town officials have released a statement, saying they are “aware of the situation” and will “monitor it closely.”
