SERIOUS HEAT AS: Blackburn’s season preparations in disarray…

BLACKBURN ROVERS’ FRUSTRATION BOILS OVER AS PROTRACTED SAMMIE SZMODICS TALKS DISRUPT SEASON PREPARATIONS

Blackburn Rovers’ manager, Jon Dahl Tomasson, has expressed his growing frustration over the prolonged negotiations with Ipswich Town for the transfer of Sammie Szmodics.

The delay is affecting our preparations for the new season,” Tomasson said. “We had hoped to have Szmodics on board by now, but the talks are dragging on.

The Championship season starts in just two weeks, and Blackburn’s squad is still incomplete.

“We can’t afford to wait any longer,” Tomasson added. “We need to know whether Szmodics is joining us or not, so we can plan accordingly.

Blackburn’s players are set to return to training on Monday, but the uncertainty surrounding Szmodics’ transfer is causing tension within the camp.

We’re running out of time,” said a source close to the club. “If we don’t resolve this soon, it could impact our performance on the pitch.

Ipswich Town remains hopeful of securing a deal, but Blackburn’s patience is wearing thin.
