AUSTRALIAN PROP LUKE BULLOCK MAKES SHOCK SWITCH TO WIGAN WARRIORS

In a surprise move, Australian prop Luke Bullock has left NRL side Canberra Raiders to join Super League club Wigan Warriors on a two-year deal.

Bullock, 28, was a key player for the Raiders, making over 50 appearances and scoring 10 tries.

“I’m excited to join Wigan and experience Super League rugby,” said Bullock. “It’s a new challenge for me, and I’m looking forward to getting started.

Wigan Warriors Head Coach, Shaun Wane, said: “Luke is a talented prop who will add depth and experience to our squad. We’re thrilled to have him on board.

The move is seen as a major coup for Wigan, who have been looking to strengthen their pack for the 2024 season.

Note: I’ve twisted the heading to focus on the surprise aspect of Luke Bullock’s move to Wigan Warriors, rather than simply announcing his signing.
