State wide receiver Omari Evans has reportedly transferred to the University
of Washington. The talented pass-catcher, who was a key contributor to the
Nittany Lions’ offense during his time in Happy Valley, is expected to bring a

Evans, a 6-foot, 190-pound wideout, was a highly touted recruit coming out of
high school, and he quickly made a name for himself at Penn State. During his
three-year stint with the Nittany Lions, Evans hauled in 69 receptions for 908
yards and seven touchdowns, showcasing his ability to make big plays down
the field.
Despite his impressive production, Evans opted to enter the transfer portal,
citing a desire for a fresh start and a new challenge. After exploring his
options, he ultimately chose Washington, where he will join a Huskies team
looking to rebound from a disappointing 2022 campaign.

DeBoer, who is entering his second season at the helm. DeBoer has made it
