LANDO NORRIS SETS SIGHTS ON FIRST F1 WIN AFTER STRONG SHOWING IN HUNGARY

McLaren driver Lando Norris is confident he can secure his first Formula 1 win soon, after a strong performance at the Hungarian Grand Prix. Norris finished fourth in Budapest, just missing out on a podium spot.

“I’m getting closer and closer to that first win,” Norris said in a post-race interview. “The team has been working incredibly hard, and we’re making great progress. I’m excited to see what the rest of the season holds.

Norris’s impressive drive in Hungary has lifted him to sixth in the drivers’ championship standings, just 15 points behind third-placed Charles Leclerc.

Team principal Zak Brown praised Norris’s performance, saying, “Lando is driving at an incredibly high level right now. We’re all proud of him and know he has the talent to win races.

With McLaren’s continued improvement, Norris is well-positioned to challenge for his maiden F1 victory in the coming races.
